I went back to check the ages, and you say 4 months, so 16 weeks? on Turkey and Ostra? Really take a good look at Ostra and watch...that is not a lot of comb for nearly 4 months, so there is hope that could be a pullet...the pattern might even out as he/she molts. I've had some barnyards and EE's molt through odd patterns to prove to be even-patterned hens in the end.
As to the last 2...what age are they?
They are mixed breeds of mixed breeds so they don't always follow color pattern of EE's as you state your rooster is Ameraucana/Silkie/Cochin, so the best indication is comb size and color, and age is very important for that.
Usually even pattern will remain female and blocky pattern be roo, across the board, with roos getting red large combs earlier, always outshining the hens, and hens not getting substantial red comb until point of lay.
Assuming about the same age, or maybe 3 months of age, I think the first is pullet and the 2nd may be a roo, depending upon age.
With barnyards, sometimes you have to wait until the lay or crow as the patterns can really change as they develop adult feathers.
