Swollen Face, Comb, and Eye

Hello, we have a Barred Rock who's comb has been swollen slightly for about a week, yesterday we noticed now the comb is extremely swollen along with her eye lid. What could this be? She is pitiful and you can tell she is very uncomfortable. Thank you in advance!!

I think that if you want to give her some antibiotic orally or by injection. Baytril or Tylan are good choice.

Don't eat the chicken and her eggs if you give her this antibiotics.
