Gender??? - Page 12

I knew they were too young to mate. I was just wondering if it could have been a for sure sign of a male. Here's a picture I took tonight as I was putting them away. Still not the best picture but it is one of the more flighty ones. I was hoping for a female because four of the IBs that hatched look to be male. Thanks for all the info.

And you can’t really begin to appreciate happiness until you’ve known sadness. Once you’ve walked through the valley, the view from the mountaintop is breathtaking"

According to this photo my guess would be a hen. Wide shorter wings and shorter tail. Here's a picture of yearling almost two year old Whites standing by each other. You'll have to keep us updated on the beauty and post pics again to see how accurate we were and if it's truly a hen or cock. When they're yearlings it's easy to tell.

Hen is on the left cock on the right.

Definitely a hen.  Very pretty too.

1 wonderful husband, 1 terrific son, 2 dogs, 7 cats, 3 guineas, 5 chickens, 1 tough turkey....RIP Turtee (2005-8/28/2015), and 46 spoiled Peacocks.
