Four silkies - Need help with gender

Out of the 24 chicks I bought earlier this year, not many are hens.  If I discount the silkies, then I only have THREE hens.  I'm really hoping that one of these is a hen, but.. yea..... one of the blues that I thought 'definitely' a hen was standing on a brick this morning crowing with all its might.  My heart is heavy as I cannot keep roosters in the city.  Here are my four silkies (about 13 weeks old today):

Bunny:

Dangerpants:

Grace (Huge comb and has some waddles but is smaller than the other blue):

Hope (no comb or waddles but bigger in size than Grace.  Hope is the only one crowing.. very cute juvenile crow after the other two polish roosters crowed):

Thanks in advance for any help.

Bunny could possibly be a hen.

**UPDATE**  It's been a couple of months.  Gracie.. err.. Greg was sold to a nice lady who needed a rooster for her hens.  He was loving the new place when I talked to her a couple of weeks after selling him.

I am 99% sure Bunny is a hen.  No crow, but no egg.  She is very light weight though like the other silkie hens.  Dangerpants is still a boy.  I've bought two buff silkie hens that are his age for him to play with.  His crow is no louder than a dog bark so I may end up keeping all three of them.

The last one.. Hope a.k.a. Hank.  That thing has been 'crowing' for 3 months.. but it's not a crow.. it sounds like a tarzan call by a man dying in the street.  He only does it after the other ones start crowing.  He follows one of my other roosters around all day and does everything the rooster does.  He's even started jumping on the girl's backs but sideways and then just stands there for a few seconds and jumps off. I still have no idea if the chicken is a hen or a rooster.  I'm actually hoping at this point, though, that Hank is a boy.  I have 3 blue silkie girls in my bathtub that are now three weeks old.  I would love to breed them out next spring.
