11 weeks in picture. 13 weeks today. Comb wattles are still same size on the pullet Although the one with red is still growing more and redder. I have read though that based on the tail feather they may both be pullets.. which perplexed me again since the rooster in question has far longer tail feather with more black solids than the other who has mostly white with black in the middle. I have looked at the tackle feathers of both but it's a bit hard to tell, the too in question kinda had pointy ones but it comes down to what is pointy and what's not. The hen for sure has thick shovel tipped one's but the too in question kinda had the shape but the feathers really thin put at the tips giving the pointy impression which is confusing me. I need some pro chicken input because I clueless

Looks like a rooster to me due to how big and red the comb and wattle is. But it is common for Delaware hens to have large wattles as well because they are a large breed of chicken. Hope this helps.
 
It has characteristics of a cockerel but also a pullet in some ways. Could you get better updated pictures also?

That is a tricky one. The comb/wattles are definitely large, but not bright red as i've seen on mine that are the same age. That tail coloring could be pullet, but those feathers are really long... is there any evidence of barring on them? Here's a shot of my delaware cockerels at 12/13 weeks for comparison. My pullet i initially thought was a boy, her comb grew a little bit before the boy's did but then stopped.

Okay so as requested I tried taking new pictures this morning. I wanted to show his primary flight feathers in comparison to the hen but failed.. I got a updated shot of his wattle/comb and a reoccurring shot of his tail feather and back feathers with the hen. His barring down his neck has always been present a tiny bit on his back especially between the shoulders and his primary feathers I noticed today we're a mixture of black and white just scattered throughout.

Could he be a roo that just has not developed his barring? He is also the leader of the pack. Yesterday he was challenging my parrot through her cage behind the kitchen window while the other ladies just pecked at a plant.
 
Here she/he is eating with the flock for comparison. I understand they likely have different mothers but I just feel like having a longer tail. More black feathers, comb and wattle super big compared to others even at 7 weeks is so weird. I honestly really want it to be a him.

The one in the front is definitely a cockerel. Way too much red in the comb and wattle to be a hen.

I agree based on what I've heard and if I could get my wife to help me use pull his tail feather slightly to reveal the barredish ones. I think if they are what is considered barred then he's my roo:) either way another month and I'll know for sure I hope
