CAN U HELP me identify what she is sick with?!!! URGENT

Hello.

We adopted a 3 month old Easter Egger a few days ago from a local shelter. She is quarantined by herself in our bathroom, far away from our current flock. She hasn't shown any other signs of sickness as of yet other than some strange looking stool. No sneezing, coughing, lethargy, etc. We have treated her days before with VetRx under her wings when she first came home as well as MannaPro Pet protector for mites, lice, ticks and fleas. We also added a clove of garlic to her water just in case she had something that could be treated naturally with a natural antibiotic. For the first day we have her on our flock's layer mash and then switched her to a Scratch & Peck for chicks. Forgive me for the picture but does anybody have any idea of what this could be??

Yuck. That looks like a worm of some kind. Could you try worming her?

That was i'm thinking. Another member of BYC thinks it may in addition be cocci. We are gonna try adding some ground pumpkin seeds for deworming as well as Amber Technology Kocci Free & Corid Liquid 9.6%. I also have some Doterra oregano essential oil that we can add to her water. We've never had any of our chickens sick before so I'm really nervous. Does anyone thinking doing all this at the same time could do her more harm than good?

Natural preventatives should do no harm, but mixing two chemicals might not be wise. Is  Amber Technology Kocci Free & Corid Liquid 9.6% one thing?

The Kocci Free Is supposed to be an all natural holistic treatment. From what I have read, more people have had better luck with the Corid Liquid in dire circumstances. I think the Corid is considered an actual medication? I included the links from the Mazaon reviews below.

Koci Free:

  • As an organic, all-natural antibiotic, Kocci Free can help:
  • Build and stimulate the immune system
  • Rid the body of microscopic parasites and free radicals
  • Kill viruses, bacteria and fungus
  • Best when used in conjunction with Parvaid (for dogs) or Kitty Distempaid (for cats)

She is doing just fine. We still never figured out what caused this, decided to treat her and the entire flock with Corrid in case it was Coccidia.
