Blue Ridge Mtns. of North Georgia
Three Mille Fleur color, split for porcelain males, 17 weeks as of Oct 20. Original parent stock came from Boggy Bottom Bantams in S. GA. Photos include some of the parent stock.

Sam is feather legged and sweet, Jack and Rusty have some teensy feather stubs. All are from the same mille fleur color mother, my Aimee, out of either my porcelain rooster or his 3/4 porcelain son, and the stubs are because she has stubs down the outside of her legs herself, a generational throwback from the origination of this color out of the D'Uccle breed.

$3 for each
I have to rehome them ASAP.

Rusty is very small but robust and healthy.
Sorry, no pullets to go with them-these are all that hatched with their broody mama, but they make a gorgeous cross with a bantam lavender or mille fleur Cochin hen.

Can't buy this color in this breed from any hatchery! Compatible with lavender, mille and porcelain for breeding.
These fly very well so a covered pen is a must!

***in reference to responses to other ads, no, I cannot meet you anywhere, they must be picked up here, period. We reserve the right to refuse to sell birds to anyone for any reason because we do care about our birds!***

NO SALES TO NC for the foreseeable future due to their new gov't policy of flock registration!

I have to leave town for a few days due to a death in the family. If you have any questions about this breed or these particular birds, my friend Cetawin on BYC has up close personal knowledge of the breeder parents and their history. My husband will be available, however, and will be checking my PMs in case someone is interested in getting one of these adorable boys. Thanks, all.

I'm back now. The smaller cockerel seems to be thriving. If anyone wants him, he's pretty much clean legged and I'll give him for free. The other two are still available and with dealing with my father's death and estate issues, I really, really would like someone to start taking these off my hands. Thanks so much, friends.

I still have these boys and I'd love at least one or two of them to be in a new home by winter, if possible. They are already play-mating and crowing and even have learned how to free range (with supervision, being the hawk-bait that they are at this size).

Me, too!

I live in Danielsville, just north of Athens. Do you still have them? And will they do ok around mallard ducks?
I live in Fannin County in central far north GA right at the NC line. It would take you about two and a half to three hours to get up here from there.

I have no idea what they'd do around ducks, sorry, don't have any. These are good fliers so they'd need a covered pen, of course. Not sure how you keep your ducks, but if these tiny chickens free range, they will be picked off one by one by hawks.

Sam, Jack and Rusty are still available. They're so gorgeous and you'll adore Sam, named for Samwise the Hobbit because of his "furry" feet. He's super sweet. Turn over rocks for him and he'll follow you anywhere.
