We got some unsexed silkies chicks back in May. One is definitely a rooster. Im hoping that the rest are hens..

In the three pictures, is the black silkie the same bird? I'd say rooster. My young silkies hatched May 1st and I'm still speculating as to their sex. You might have to wait a while to be sure. My young silkie roosters have not yet started to crow so I am still not absolutely positive as to their sex. Your black silkie has a larger comb and sickle tail like mine that I think are roosters, but I've been fooled before so I wait and see...

Its the same bird. I know the buff one is definately a cockerel. I was hoping the black one wasnt. They seem to get along well. Will that change as they grow older?

Only time can answer your question, " will they get along?" Some roosters do and some do not. My young silkie roosters are quickly becoming more aggressive towards each other and towards the serama roosters.
