Rubbery Eggs?

My hens occasionally lays eggs while roosting at night, they are rubbery without a shell, she will then lay normally 24 hours later or even the same day depending. They are 6.2 months old, 24/7 free range, access to water and Purina layer mash and southern state chick starter at all times, oyster shell which they don't eat. Should I be concerned?

No concern. The chicken is still developing it's laying process. Soft eggs from new layers is common and no added amount of calcium will correct it.

Why are you feeding two types of feed? I use a turkey finisher (all flock) and toss a handful of oyster shell on the ground each week. If you use only layer then you don't need the oyster shell. Once they've been laying for a about a month the shells stable out and you'll know by the thickness of shell if they need more or less calcium.
