I was out of town for a few days and my pet sitter (who doesn't know much about chickens) said she was off her nest and she didn't didn't tell me until the next day. I had a neighbor go over and correct the situation but I'm worried it may have screwed up the hatching process. Could they die if not incubated that long? Should I do the water candling test? Or just leave them and see what happens. They would be due to hatch this Sunday.
