We have four chickens and all are well and adorable except for one. Adorable but not so well. Her feet look horrific. Over the past few months we took advice from other people on how to treat this and sometimes it seemed to look better but they never looked like normal chicken feet again. She sleeps in a box on the floor of the coop and stumbles around. She must be totally miserable and I want to end her misery however, promised my daughter to post on this forum before doing anything else.

It could be a bacterial infection as lovingbirds stated, but other problems can also cause foot problems. Viral infections, mycoplasma synovitis, and gout are other problems affecting the feet. The bubble on the left foot looks like bumblefoot, and may be filled with pus. Are there dark spots on the foot pads? It will help in deciding which problem she has with more info. Thanks people who have responded!!
We were told Gout before and all symptoms are there. She is on a diet since a couple of weeks to minimize or break down the crystals and although her feet are still huge, believe it or not they look less inflamed.
We'll keep doing this and keep our fingers crossed.
