Hi All,

This is my second bout of fly strike in my flock this year. The flies are bad, I have done all that I can to
control them but this year is just bad for some reason.

Anyway, my rooster Roy had fly strike a few weeks ago, he is now fine and doing what he does best, being
a rooster.

One of my hens was the victim this time, she had it worse, I have taken care of the maggots and the wound
is clean, she is resting now. I noticed that she has this bright yellow almost neon diarrhea. I have never
seen this in my hens before. Can anyone tell me what is causing this? It is normal?

I am giving her some rooster booster Vit 12 and K along with Poultry cell. I have electrolytes in her water.

What is going on with her?

Thanks

Could it be something that she ate? Are you giving her anything that is yellow colored?

well, am giving her some rooster booster poultry cell, it is mainly brown in color but I guess it could produce a yellow
hugh if you look at it closely. Nothing besides that, there is some corn in her feed, that might be it I guess. But, no nothing
that is specifically yellow in color.
