This peachick broke thru sometime between 7pm and 9am this morning. Her breathing is very labored so I opened shell to check veins and let her be for 3 hrs she didn't make any progress and isn't chipping and still labored breathing. Do I continue or leave her?

Hi.
..Why in the first place did you break the shell off of her.... Who told you she needed assistance she has just pipped.... They are perfectly capable of hatching on their own... Just people have to try to get less excited and leave them be unless necessary...
Huh... Anyway now that it happened please leave it rest and suck in the blood and egg yolk remaining before More damage happens and it gets killed...
Please read read and read before you step into hatching birds... Now you can visit the hatching eggs area and search when to help or not to help to gain some info that would save your birds...
Update us on what happens...

Yes I know they are very capable of doing it on there own! However because I didn't step in I have lost 8 peachicks. The only one that made it started zipping within couple hours of pip. This one didn't! They get the one pip stay for hours and die. So at this point I was gonna help! She is at 33 days another reason I was concerned!
But that's for the confidence!

oh ok! Always provide such info.... People would've helped you much earlier if you gave those extremely important info....
Ok back to the peachick: when the blood vessels in the membrane look empty and very pale pink, u can peel some more shell and still checking the newly covered membrane for any blood still in the veins of the shell... If you notice any bleeding stop messing with it and let it be... If it seems it absorbed the blood and therefore the yolk, then carefully tear the membrane towards the airsac and let him push himself out .... That's all i can say in short for now.(veryyyt sleepy it's 3 am here)... Read some more thread about helping chicks.... There are some very usefull stuff out there...
Good luck and update us
