Since the color is so different, I'm guessing that they're from two ducks? But that's a guess, so take it with a grain of salt. The size thing could be because it's a double-yolker, though.

Do you think because mine are not fertile they are a different color?
No idea. I've never heard of fertility affecting shell color, and I've never seen a difference myself between fertile and infertile eggs.
