Hello everyone I am new to raising chickens and I am a nervous nelly! I worry about them constantly. I spend hours on this site reading and taking in everything I can about my chickens. However, I know what breed 2 of the are (EE's) but not the other 2? The person who gave them to me is not sure either since she has a huge flock!! They were born the first week of July and I need help with possible sexting, any ideas because I am not allowed to have roosters but fear that I do.

The chicken you have in the middle picture looks like a rooster, compare the combs with your other hens and that helps a lot, especially at a young age! I am not sure the breeds you have but since the person you got them from probably has many breeds all mixed up, do they know the color egg that it hatched from? That could give a little hint, hehe.

Anyways, don't stress about them too much! Chickens have gotten by pretty well without much human help for a very very long time! They look very safe and well cared for! There is toons and tooons of info on the web, but don't get too overwhelmed by it. Everyone has their own way of doing things so you will see that there are many different ways to raise and care for your birds, do whatever feels right to you. Good luck!

What about the brown and white one? Take note of feathers near the tail please say she is a she. The owner says eggs were brown and she has New Hampshires, RIR, EE and Cochin. Are the 2 EE's hens? The 2 brown ones are ones not sure of but both have same size comb and EE's both barely have little pink bumps
