I ordered three white crested blue polish chicks from a hatchery and received three different looking polish chicks. One chick had peach colored beak and toes, blue legs, and a white puff. The other two had blue beaks, toes, and legs, and blue colored puffs. They are now three weeks old and the one with the white puff is growing a white and black crest while the other two have started blue and black crests. Am I safe to assume that the ones without the white puff will never grow white crests? Will the one with the white poof continue to have light colored toes and beak or will she get darker?
