Thanks, I copied and pasted in recipes Mom's Pound Cake That's my first entry :)

I would rather just leave the other one - there were a lot of comments I don't want to lose & had to change the title to get it saved, so leaving it alone really doesn't matter.

It is delicious. I haven't been able to do egg salad without risk of exploding eggs in the steamer, so started trying these.

I honestly thought it was an original idea, but have since then googled and I was not the first to think of it

. But the ingredients I use were passed down from DH's Mom :)

Hmmmmm, when I find the time I might enter my recipe for egg custard. Darn it, guess I'll have to make it again for pictures....what a shame....:drool
