At the moment we get give or take roughly ~16-ish eggs per week from our three pullets (9 months old), however we still have extra eggs left over from what we eat.
Thus we give some to the neighbors, feed some back to the ladies, and try to find creative ways to incorporate eggs into recipes and other food stuffs, as a way to get more yummy healthy egg into our diets :3
Pretty soon we'll have even more eggs we'll have to find uses for; we have four more young pullets, mostly bantams,
that should be coming into lay in a month or two!
