got my new 4 week old chickens to day put them in with the guineas and my oldest guinea will not leave them alone . (he/she is 5 months old ) so I put a temporarily mine coop in side the big coop so every body can see every body and the new ones will get bigger . now will they start to get along or will the one guinea just be a bully ???

Hummm Boy..... Been There Done That......

I had Hubby build me a small cage with a lift up top. The bottom is open.

I keep any babies in there, inside the coop, for at least a week. I keep a light over it if the babies still need heat.

Then, when I feel they're ready to blend, I lift the back of the cage and put a brick on the 2 corners. Leave a space between the back wall and the cage, just enough for a chick to run threw but no bigger.

As they grow, I grab anything (Like small boards) and stack them on the bricks. This gives the babies a good Look Around and "Get Away."

You'll always have Bullies, but eventually it all turns out just fine. Good Luck!

there starting to get along I think the chicks are pecking around and the guineas are just doing there thing not even looking over there they even peck around over by the fence chicks don't run and guineas get some feed the chicks fling out
