Nothing. It's just the way the growth sits while it is immobile. Now, if they are in a turner and have that appearance I would say there's something wrong with the turner and it isn't getting turned. When you candle a hand turned egg whatever side was up will have that appearance until they develop farther along and can move on their own.In that case, this means nothing is wrong with the embryo? Just making sure.
