Adopting Pigeons!

Ever since 'Joan' the ex-racing pigeon has come to stay I've been thinking I would love to adopt some more. I'll have to read up on it all but I was wondering if I did get new pigeons would it scare Joan off? I wouldn't do it if I thought she might not come back!!

She will be much safer and happier with one to several other pigeons to fly and hang with. If you don't want babies you can have all one sex and they'll be just as happy and acting normal.
 
I finally added my 4 new pigeons to my main flock this week and within less than 10 minutes they were happily following each other around the rafters in the shed and hanging out together. Birds love to be part of a group .
