For years I've used Allrecipes as my general recipe site. For a while now I've had a hard time loading pages there but kept with it. Now, they've done some update to the site I really don't like. I'm looking for a easy to navigate general recipe site, with easy to read reviews. I do love the search by ingredient function, so that's a bonus! What's your go-to site for recipes?

I've been a fan of Ree's for years

I've not been to any of the other sites you listed, I'll go scope them out. Thanks so much!

I like the King Arthur Flour site. They have good recipes.

I also like Americastestkitchen.com and jacquespepin.com, although I had to join for Americas test kitchen.

I also like the King Arthur Flour website. You can also find some pretty awesome recipes, believe it or not, on Olive Garden's website. They're loaded with cream and all sorts of decadent fatty stuff, but the ones I've made sure are GOOD!!!

On another thread, lazygardener mentioned impossible pies....that led me to the Bisquik site, which became Betty Crocker....I spent way, way too much time there! But a good site, easy to follow recipes that for the most part are family and mom friendly.

You might like the Taste of Home website. I think you have to create an account for some of the recipes, but I haven't been on there for awhile, so I could be wrong. Southern Living is another good one. In fact, I think most cooking magazines have websites with free recipes. Food Network is one of my go-to's, but I liked it much better before they made some changes.

I've been on Food Network, not so impressed. I like Taste of Home magazine, they're usually the type of food I cook. I'll give those a try, thanks!

I do like Alton Brown, he's so funny it's like dinner and a show!
