Abbey has a small chunk of metal caught over the edge of his beak. Its right against his face and initially, I thought it was just caught over his beak. It is actually in the flesh on the outside, cant see the inside. He's booked for vet tomorrow. Hopefully bit of sedation, pliers or cutters, gonna be plenty of blood and nasty wound I reckon, probably antibiotics. Funny thing is, its been there about a week. I thought it was a white feather in an odd spot. He's been fine, awesome in fact. Why not? He has the duck equivalent of a knuckle duster. No wonder the others are terrified!
