Help PLEASE! Rooster Wheezing and Internal Parasites in Flock with videos/pictures

I forgot to say in my last post that the marks on his comb looked just like the pock marks in that last photo you posted. This is good to know for future reference!
 
UPDATE: Thank you to all who offered support/advice. Our rooster is improving! He is going to pull through! After 3 weeks of misery, I thought there was no hope. But the past 3 days he has been doing 10x better than he was. He is eating, drinking, breathing without wheezing, and is working on getting his crow back.
