That shouldn't be a problem, the rooster's "parts" will not hurt the Muscovy like a male duck's will hurt a hen. If you know what I mean? I guess the only danger with a rooster and a duck is if it was pecking or clawing the duck to the point of injuring her while mating.
Awh! thats quite funny..haha well no need to worry then!!So good news. The second "male" has just started quacking. I guess a late bloomer at 8 weeks. but shes definitely quacking.
