Swollen leg/thigh

This is 10 week old "Peanut"....I found him not getting up or walking 2 weeks ago; he's been in his new chair for a week now.
Both hocks are a bit swollen and warm.. Been giving polyvisol w/out iron, probiotics, Apple cider vinegar in water, fresh herbs, Vit B complete, plain yogurt, eggs, veggies and regular feed mix.
I have no idea what caused his paralysis.
Welcome to BYC. Were his legs normal before you noticed him not walking? There can be a few different problems affecting the legs including a leg bone deformity that can cause the hock tendon to rupture with age, and there can be bacterial or viral types of inflammation or infection. Leg bone deformities usually get worse with growing. Antibiotics for specific baterial infections could help, but I would seek out a vet for more specific ones. Here are a few links to read:
