I have a sebright -cochin mix with feathers like yours. I don't have any good pictures of her but she's almost identical except she has more gold in the markings and fuzzy legs , her name is Idunn
Uh Oh! Now that they know where you live, they'll be visiting often. LOL
We had a problem with the chickens hanging out & pooping by our back door. It was getting impossible to walk to the car w/o stepping in something. ....Not to mention that feeling of always "being watched."
We used a motion activated "scarecrow" sprinkler to keep the flock behind the garage. Then, one smart hen figured out the pattern & taught the others. It was also amusing when the people would forget about it & ended up getting wet.
Next we used a preschooler with a super-soaker. This was both effective & entertaining, but the birds soon learned the school schedule. It also didn't work in the winter because I was not about to let them get wet in cold weather.
The final solution was a cheap fence. Not as pretty, but it works
.....well it works for all but my Sebright. She lives by her own rules!
I bet she is very lovely. I really like how mix-breeds look, just as beautiful as the pure chickens.
This is a current pic of Trouble. She's actually quite pretty, but something happens whenever I take her pic. It always comes out pathetic-looking. Poor bird. She's in need of some glamour shots.
