Rooster or Hen?

Thanks for the pics. That's a female, not doubt, and quite possibly your layer. I'm not seeing any roosters in the mix at all, so you should build up a steady stream of eggs over the next month or so. Your girls may not all get combs quite that large, but they'll all get bigger and redder as they reach sexual maturity and get ready to lay.

I agree.
 
One way to help figure out the gender is to hold the chicken, butt towards you, then flip it so that the tail is up and the head is down. If the tail feathers make a nice, rounded fan, it is a girl. If the tail feathers say kinda clumped and ruffled up, it's a boy. Some boys still make a little fan, but it is not as big and the feathers are not nicely layed out or rounded. Hope this helps!
