one of my eight turkeys is suddenly very lethargic and has yellow in its poop. the turkeys are in with the chickens and ducks and nobody else is sick. could this be a broken egg inside her?

You might want to check out this post http://www.backyardchickens.com/t/469933/turkey-recovery-from-blackhead   Yellow poop apparently can be a sign for blackhead. She explains her treatment well.

One of the reasons that turkeys and chickens shouldn't be raised together is the transmission of blackhead, however, I know of quite a few farmers who have them free range together.

Hope this was helpful.
