Sick Chicken!!

I have a chicken and she is acting weird she usually pecks and is the first one out to play and is the most active but she is all lazy and her wobble is droopy and she is not herself! Do u know if anything is wrong with her!? I already had a chicken die and I don't want to lose her too. Please help!!!
