Just wanted to say hey and look forward to sharing chicken info and stories on BYC!

Been keeping chickens for 10 years or so. Right now, wife and I are down to 4 RIR hens and a pair of Lady Amherst pheasants.

She loves banty Cochins so we are looking for some now.

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. I've never owned Lady Amherst Pheasants (or any breed of pheasants for that matter), but they are certainly beautiful birds. Definitely post on our Pheasant section under the Forum (other backyard poultry) and take advantage of our Pheasant experts there, and if you haven't done so already, definitely check out our Learning Center at https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center. There is loads of useful information there. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can.
