Poorly chicken any ideas?

She has a slightly green poop as in pic and just isn't herself. Quieter and on her own more. She's 2 years and a polish frizzle. They're being wormed at moment with flubenvet as the young warren had worms

Hi,

Im not sure what may be wrong, but you may wish to consider adding a multi-vit supplement to the their drinking water - can't do any harm and may help to bring her round a little.

She's in the vets at moment. They don't know what's wrong. Poop sample has been sent but she's so flat and not eating. They're going to crop feed her to see if they can perk her up but not looking good.... I raised her from an egg and I'm gutted. Poop sample has been sent off, but results will take a while. Super sad times.
