Very soft and large crop

My biggest Australorp has a very large and soft crop. She is eating and drinking fine, and is very healthy. I have never had health issues before, so is this normal? I am guessing just excess water, but I don't know.
 
If she is acting fine I wouldn't worry about it, especially considering its soft. If it were hard and large and she was acting strangely I would be concerned. She probably just has a full crop.
