I let my two sizzles out to play today. They are to small to go alone. The older chickens still peck at them. I noticed my little roo kept laying on his side when he sat to rest. So I picked him up. I noticed he has a bubble like air sack on his chest. I don't see any wounds. It's just squishy like a deflating balloon. Will this go away on its own. Is this dangerous. Will he die?

If it's on the right side of his chest, you may be feeling his crop.

It's where their food goes on its way to the gizzard. :) It should be empty in the morning and full by the end of the day. Anything overly full, hard, sagging, liquid-filled, or swollen is abnormal. Does he have a smell coming from around his beak? Is he off food and water? Lethargic? Have you seen any changes in his poops?

He seams normal. Accept for laying on his side. No smell. Eating same as usual. I have never noticed this bubble before. It's squishy like a water balloon. He's really small it looks like it's the entire front of his chest

I've got a sizzle roo that does the same thing. It's just his crop. My roos is unnaturally large and causes him to lay to the side. It's perfectly fine :-D
