Newly hatched chick

I have had 2 chicks hatched a couple of days ago, one is fine but the other cannot stand, it cant seem to hold its head up and staggers everywhere, I really am unsure what to do, has anyone else had a newborn like this?
 
Check our Wry neck in chickens, there should be at least one thread on BYC that deals with this ailment. I cull for it now, but your chick could have something altogether different. I as most likely you, very much dislike disorders in the little ones.
