Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Secondly, sorry about your last couple hatches.  Could you possibly post your difficulties in the forum listed below and provide additional details?  Did they all hatch and then have issues?  How did they look?  How did they act?  Do you have any suspicions as to what may have happened?  Do you know for sure that your temp and humidity were accurate? Do you feel like you have ruled any factors out?  Etc?.  The more details you can give the better.

Alright :welcome great to have you joining the BYC flock :frow

BYC has a great Learning Center :caf

You got some good advice above with trailrider330 as they can really help you out with your hatching :jumpy

Summer hatching is a bit different them winter hatching and with several decades of hatching I can tell you it is all about the heat and humidity and 99.5 F is ideal and 100 F is getting close to a fail but then again 98 F is also getting in to the fail range so you really need to get a good set up ...

Monitoring everything is the key to success :)

Do you see the was rag in the back well you get it wet and you can change it out and you avoid any water spills or un needed mess ... mark all your eggs with date as they grow in the eggs and toss and that go bad as a dead egg can effect others ......

My Sunday 6th September 2015 hatch and the outside temp the entire incubation period never got below 105 F and toped out at 118 F so you first need to figure out how to control outside environment and the incubator enter environment then you can advance ....

Also always keep a written record of all your incubator tries good or bad and then you will really learn every day and ten years from now you can go back and see your improvements .......

My incubation was a great success. However once we swap em to the brooder they die within a couple days. I just put 55 in brooder a few mins ago and have my fingers crossed. I bought starter feed and crushed up fine. I lined the bottom of brooder with newspaper and sprinkled food around it. I have a plate with small pepples (which were washed, bleached, dried then washed n dried a couple more times) with water in with Tetroxy 280 in it. I even throwed a sterilized shiny coin in. I have a 60 watt bulb in. Do i need to add or remove from this? Thanks so very much for ur input. I am helping my uncle attempt to raise wuail. He is disabled and also is severely hearing impaired.
