Watery poo

Chickens are 5 months old, three of them have started laying this week. Everybody looks fine, eating, drinking, energetic, but have noticed a few watery poo's. It was pretty warm here, 90's last week, but this past weekend (Sept 12/13) it was upper 60's, mid 70's today, so probably not from heat or could they still be watery from extra drinking? They were wormed with Valbazen July 21st and then 10 days later. Most of the poo in the coop and run looks totally normal. So is this something you would treat or just wait out? If so what would you start with? Can onset of egg laying cause some digestive upset? What thinkest thou BYC community?

I'm new to chickens. I have a 4 mo old barred rock rooster. He was wobbly yesterday and very slow to come out of coop. Today I took him out of coop and put in a crate . Has had diarrhea. Trying to give him electrolytes and probiotics in water. Fixed a scrambled egg. He won't eat and only sipped a little water. Felt for his crop and can't find it so must not be impacted. He free ranges all day and we have plenty of room. Other chickens are fine. He has yellow liquid with just a little chicken poo in his diarrhea. I can't get the pic uploaded.

Thanks Kathy, I appreciate your input. I started Corid yesterday and am already seeing fewer​ runny poo's. There were three under the roosts this morning. I watched them for about an hour today, to see if I could isolate the culprits. I was able to rule out eight, that leaves four. It is such a beautiful day I could have stayed out longer, but I have to go into town today. One other thought I had, can too many treats cause diarrhea, mainly too much BOSS. Both my daughter and my husband have been a little too generous with the sunflower seeds, so I also told the family no treats. Yesterday they had their pellets only, and what they ate during free ranging. I plan to continue with the corid anyway, I was just wondering. I will find out if we have a vet around here that will treat chickens or at least do fecals. I will have to purchase a scale as well.

I continue to have intermittent watery stools with two of my birds. I have tried buttermilk and eggs, probios powder, electrolytes, yogurt, acv in the water, and had the vet do a fecal float/gram strain. Came back clean. Should I try antibiotics with them. If so, what kind? They are otherwise happy and healthy, still laying, not sure what to do.
