Cake anyone?
Wow, that is cool in a weird sort of way. Extremely well executed, though!

That so awesome I'm glad things seem to be working our.I have 20 pips! and two just sitting there with none , one is a godzilla with no pip. no chicks yet, but the chirping is really happening now. I am amazed I am getting chicks at all after my errors, but hey at least I remembered to put the eggs in their separation baskets before lockdown.... NOT!!!!!!!

Lol, I want to get some more eggs from you this spring. including lav ameracaunas
Too cute... The dark one is black... if it came from Lav breeding group, then it should be a black split... It takes 2 copies of Lav for it to have Lav coloring... but Lav is susceptible to fretting so black is bred in... breed a Lav to a black, all the black chicks will be split meaning they carry 1 copy of Lav gene... breed a split to Lav and chicks will be 50/50 Lavs and black splits...
