Wow, that is cool in a weird sort of way. Extremely well executed, though!

I have 20 pips! and two just sitting there with none :hit , one is a godzilla with no pip. no chicks yet, but the chirping is really happening now. I am amazed I am getting chicks at all after my errors, but hey at least I remembered to put the eggs in their separation baskets before lockdown.... NOT!!!!!!!

That so awesome I'm glad things seem to be working our.

Just popping in quick to share a little Halloween humour @Sally Sunshine

Well... looks like you might need more eggs, lol... straighter comb, but his points look like crap... at least to me... I am super critical of my stock though, too...

This molt is absolutely the worst... seemed to start in one pen and went down the line... very slow and rough too... I'm sick of it and they are too... everyone's a bit crabby and moody... kinda like a group of camping PMSers... :gig

I hatched these 3 days ago I have another light colored one but it was hiding.. 3 are lav orps this dark one is lav or black?
Too cute... The dark one is black... if it came from Lav breeding group, then it should be a black split... It takes 2 copies of Lav for it to have Lav coloring... but Lav is susceptible to fretting so black is bred in... breed a Lav to a black, all the black chicks will be split meaning they carry 1 copy of Lav gene... breed a split to Lav and chicks will be 50/50 Lavs and black splits...
