Just out of curiousity, what is everyone doing with the chicks they hatch?

I'm not great at hatching yet. My first hatch I ran over humidified (70%) for the first three days then balanced it all out and still gotten 60% hatch. I ran dry this time and am down to 4/24. The middle hatch was a 50% hatch rate with a small sponge in to start the incubating process. There are so many other factors that have come up in my hatches though. I think dry for a day will be fine. A small sponge in there will help you understand your hygrometer measurements too.
@ronott1 @Sally Sunshine I have had the bator running dry for about 9 hours now and the built in hygrometer 22% and my secondary one is below zero...... I ordered a new thermo hygrometer ( a Meade TM005X-M personal weather station) but it may not get here for a few days. Should I keep the bator dry or add a little moisture? When I reach in there it feels more humid than my bed room and there is no visible change in the aircells of the eggs. I just don't want to screw up my eggs on day one.... *sorryI'manoverthinker*
