Has anyone purchased a door from cooptender.com?

We purchased the door and several accessories from Coop Tender at the beginning of August but they have not shipped 6 weeks later. I'm wondering if anyone has used this product and what you think about it before I contact the company to cancel my order. I have searched the internet for reviews and came up empty. The wifi feature is what sold us in the first place.

Just curious if you received your door or have talked to Coop Tender. We ordered a door from them last week and are wondering if we will have problems getting it.

I was looking into the coop tender door wondering if you can tell me which one you ordered and what you think of it. I haven't been able to find many reviews on this door.

We bought the solar panel version and we love it! We haven't set up the solar panel yet so we're running on electricity. No more thinking about having to open and close the door for our girls!

Thanks, newby farmer. I would love to get the solar but i'm unsure because the door is on the side where I have a covered run.
I'd be very interested in your experience, MaraC, if you go with this door. I also have a coop door that opens up to a covered run.

Going give the company a call tomorrow. Such an expensive item so I want to be sure of what I am ordering. It seems to be fairly new so I couldn't find many reviews.

We ordered the external solar as our door is on the north side and we need the solar panel on the south/west side. The external solar panel isn't mounted on the control panel so that gives us the flexibility in where we mount the solar. You can call and talk to the company and ask questions. They were very helpful in answering our questions.

I called and spoke with a tech, and if I was to get the solar panel I could get that and mount it on the south or west side. I don't have space on the west and decided againest the solar. Since I have electricity in the coop I chose to get the accessory modular w/heat. I'm not using the heat but will use it for the water heater. Since I am in CT I like that the door won't open at a certain temperature and that I won't need to fiddle with a timer for the light. Love the wifi idea too. I will check in again after its set up and being used for a bit. Hope it is worth it ;)
