When Do You Close Various Vents/Windows?

I'd close that vent at roost height if it is blowing on them and/or when it gets below 40. keep the higher vents open. You don't want a breeze on the birds when it is cold out.
 
I'm in lower Michigan, slightly milder than most of Wisconsin, but not much. For winter, we enclosed the lower six feet of the run in plastic sheeting, leaving the upper areas uncovered. Worked really well. Mary
