suggestions on what or if I need to vaccinate chicks

I have chicks ranging in age from a month to a day old. Im working on a project that will have my chickens off my main farm being (rented) by local customers. What do I need to vaccinate any of the chicks I hatch agains? Also if I want to sell them.
 
You don't really need to vaccinate them
The only people who vaccinate them are big chicken farms
(Egg production etc.) but I would advise to
Dose them for fleas and lice etc.

I would suggest that there is no need to treat them for external OR internal parasites that may not even be present. If you see bugs, then treat, but to be throwing medication at them when the pests aren't even present... for what purpose??? However, the concern I see with your rental proposition is quarantine/reintegration when folks are "done" renting them.

Hum. well vaccinations can be a problem. If you use the wrong one, then the vaccinated birds can shed virus and make unvaccinated birds sick. So if you vaccinate birds and ship them out and then they come back, they can make any unvaccinated birds on your property sick. And if the customer has any unvaccinated birds and your vaccinated bird gets in their flock, they can make the customers birds sick.
I do not vaccinate my birds so I cannot show in the Commonwealth of PA because they require the vaccination which can shed and cause unvaccinated bids to get sick. I won't do that to my flock...or restrict my sales to only those people who have vaccinated birds. Lotta downside to vaccinating.
