I did say ameraucana/ee in my initial post because I understand the difference, but ameraucana is what the hatchery called them. 
And do you mean the grayish one? The other one definitely seems to be a cockerel.

Yes, the grey one. She's got a blue dilute gene. She will be very pretty. The one with patchy dark red on the shoulders/wings is definitely male. Only boys get that. He looks like he might be a splash (double copy of the blue dilute).
