First time chicken owner here so this may be a silly question, but... first picture is Dahlia who I know is a pullet. The second picture is Daisy who is the same age but quite a bit smaller (hip or leg issue). I cant tell any difference in their feathers, but Daisy's comb and wattle is so much bigger! Could it be a roo and i'm just in denial?

I don't have an answer for you, but want to see what others say. I know we have an BA that is looking like a cockerel too. Have been told that the comb and waddle aren't necessarily a good indicator with BA.

They are the same age, 6 months old. I got them when they were about 1 week. That's what has gotten me confused, that even though Daisy (the one in question) is much smaller due to hip issue when younger, comb is so much more pronounced! I noticed that she does that squatting down thing when petted like the other hens are starting to do, and there is no difference in feathers. She is the sweetest thing, so even if she does turn out to be a roo, a bachelor pad is going to be constructed shortly.

Is it just me or does one look more pink than the others? Do the first three look like they are from the same hen? I'm almost positive that one or both (hopefully) of the BA crosses have laid. And the light green ones were a COMPLETE surprise. You can imagine my excitement when I found these today... How do people not have chickens??? they are the greatest things ever!!!
