Super impressed with these golden sex links - Page 3

I'm glad you're so happy with your sex links. I haven't had any for a few years as I've been focusing more on breeding projects and pen space is at a premium. I got some eggs from Honey's co-worker and could easily spot the rsl eggs there, they're so large! Was making me think I need to find space for a few of these ladies this spring. Breeding projects are all well and good and fun, but when you have three hungry teenage boys looking for a low carb breakfast, you need eggs!

Your right!! When I first got started with backyard chickens I had hobby breeding and egg hatching on my mind and still do, but after my first fried egg sandwich from my backyard flock everything changed. I love fresh egg sandwiches for breakfast and can taste the difference. Also our family likes to have breakfast for supper and the golden girls really give us way more eggs than we need. I look at it this way even if a breeding rooster gets to them I just keep their eggs separate for eating. Should I miss an egg I will be able to spot the chick the day they hatch due to the breeds of Chickens I hatch. Anyway get them boys some egg makers 😃. Well wishes what ever you decide.
