California, Caponizing Roosters Legal?

Thread Starter

I'm not sure if it's Legal or not Legal but I've been trying to research if it is or not in California. This might not belong on this Forum, if not please direct it to the right place.

If anyone have any idea if it's legal or not, do let me know.

Caponizing is entirely legal in most all areas of the United States. Actually, most animal cruelty laws don't have any application whatsoever to poultry. The only place I know of where caponization is explicitly illegal is the UK.
