Pullet or Cockerel

I have 4 orpingtons(7 weeks old) that I hatched. I need help figuring out the boys and girls. I also have a 7week old brahma that is quite mean and I don't know if it's a roo or not. Any input is greatly appreciated. I would also like to know if the really light gray Orpington is a splash or if it's just a light blue. I hope someone can help me.

I agree, and the light gray one you're talking about is still considered blue. A splash would be much lighter in color with a darker blue splashed in.
