Does it look like it could be something other than sour crop?

Yes, to me the poop looks abnormal. Can you put her in a dog crate on newspaper and get pictures of her poop on it?

Here's a picture on newspaper:

Upon lifting her tail up, I saw a ton of maggots on her vent. Is it possible they're the cause?

They sure could be... you need to get her inside, wash her rear end, remove *all* maggots and check for a wound, especially around her vent. This is quite serious and could be life threatening.
