Pretty girls.Mixed breed.
Buff Orpington in back. The other looks like it might be an Easter Egger/Wyandotte mix.
Up front in the middle looks like an Easter Egger mix.
A pullet is a young hen. I said pullet/ hen because you hadn't mentioned how old they were.

How can you tell they are pullet hens? How can you tell the age?
That person was simply using the term pullet in case the birds were young, to be correct and cover all their bases in their response. a bird is either a pullet or a hen depending on age. Like a girl or a woman.
