Cochins have yellow skin/beaks and Silkies have grey/black skin and beaks. Yours seems like the perfect combination :-D He's beautiful!!!!!

Cochkies can have single, walnut, or a combo comb. I have skadoodles of Cochkies (I made up that term by the way) and they come in a wide variety. They are VERY sweet chickens, and commonly falsely sold as just 'Silkies'

I'm pretty sure it's a rooster, he's very red and has sizable wattles.

Looks like a mixed breed to me. Cute bird!
